Rare Gibbsite Specimen – 188g

Gibbsite, also known as Hydrargillite, is an aluminum hydroxide mineral that crystallizes in the form of tabular crystals, masses, tiny concretions, and a spherical botryoidal pattern. This rare Gibbsite mineral comes from Baoshan Yunnan Province China! This mineral is often confused with Hemimorphite. These specimens are a vibrant turquoise colour. The photos do not do these specimens justice.

The mineral is very fragile so some fragments may come off in shipping, this is natural so please handle with care!
